Below is a case study of one of our major clients whom we have been working with since 2000. Last year our contract was extended for a further twelve month period with an enlargement of the areas covered.
 
A2 Housing Group

A2 Housing Group was formed in February 2005 as a result of a merger between Airways Housing Group and Apex Housing Group.

The partnership has created one of the largest Housing Groups in the South East, firmly establishing the new organisation as a long term player within the sector.

A2 has a stock of over 12,000 homes and with 4,000 more homes in the pipeline, is in the top 20 developing Housing Associations in the UK.

A2 delivers a diverse portfolio of housing solutions including; affordable rent, shared ownership, key worker housing, student accommodation, supported housing, build for sale, private rented and other commercial interests.

The Group has an annual turnover of nearly £70m and generates a surplus for reinvestment of more than £5m.
